EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. 
   Contact us via Instagram @loveviana.in or email sales.loveviana@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
   
2. 
   Ship the item back to us in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags intact).
   
3. 
   Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange.
   

Note:

• 
  Shipping charges for both sending back the product and reshipping the new piece will be borne by the customer.
  
• 
  We cannot accept exchanges for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
