- We only accept prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
- We offer exchanges in case of any issue, such as a different size or a different piece. Please reach out to us on Instagram for the same
- In case of an exchange, the shipping charges for both to and fro will be borne by the customer
- We issue credit note once we get the piece back. Coupon code can be used during checkout for size exchange/another piece of your choice.
- In case of RTO for any reason delivery is not accepted by customer, Rs.200 is charged for RTO and to reship the piece. Free shipping is not available for rto
- Please note we cannot edit address & contact number once order placed so please double check when placing your order. Contact number specially to be cross checked since OTP will be required to give at the time of delivery.
We currently do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed. However, we do offer exchanges in case of issues such as:
- wrong size
- wrong item received

Ship the item back to us in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags intact).

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your credit note
