- We only accept prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
- We offer exchanges in case of any issue, such as a different size or a different piece. Please reach out to us on Instagram for the same
- In case of an exchange, the shipping charges for both to and fro will be borne by the customer
- We issue credit note once we get the piece back. Coupon code can be used during checkout for size exchange/another piece of your choice.
We currently do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed. However, we do offer exchanges in case of issues such as:
- wrong size
- wrong item received

Contact us via Instagram @loveviana.in or email sales.loveviana@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Ship the item back to us in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags intact).

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your credit note
